Essilor Transitions® Signature® GEN 8

Transition lenses

No need to switch between glasses and sunglasses the Transitions lenses adapts seamlessly to any lighting, whether you’re in bright sunlight, under cloud cover or indoors. This feature allows eyeglass lenses to automatically adjust from clear indoors to dark outdoors.

Anti-scratch coating

Anti-scratch coating makes your eyeglass lenses nearly as scratch-resistant as glass. If you’re hard on your glasses or you’re buying eyeglasses for your kids, ask about lenses that include a warranty against scratches for a specific period of time.

Anti-reflective coating

AR coatings eliminate reflections in lenses that reduce contrast and clarity, especially at night. Blue anti reflective coating. Tightly packed fluorinated molecules coat the lens, protects aginst smudges, oil, and water.

UV-blocking treatment

UV can help protect your eyes from the sun’s damaging ultraviolet rays. Polycarbonate and nearly all high-index plastic lenses have 100 percent UV protection built-in, due to absorptive characteristics of the lens material.
